I have wanted to post about our brunch all week. I'm just now getting to it. I love breakfast foods and this brunch was no exception. We had great food - including spinach egg pie, raspberry pancakes, egg casserole, coffee cake and fresh fruit!!! Thanks to all of our friends who joined us and helped with the food preparation! I'm off for a weekend away. I'll write more later....
