Turkey?

I know most people are tired of turkey - not me! You see we had 115 people for Thanksgiving, all family, meeting at an old one room school house turned into a country church social hall. It was a lot of fun! But with that many people there are no leftovers - just one serving.

So, I purchased my 21 pound tukey before the holidays and I'm making all the fixings. Thankfully some friends of ours will be coming over tomorrow night to help us eat the 21 pound bird - what was I thinking!? If you have any good recipes about what to do with leftover turkey please send them my way.

By the way, my husband said, "I think it is about time you update your blog!" Go figure?
